The user account will be suspended for non-payment of membership monthly fees at midnight EST of the 28 th of the active month.
During a suspension of services, the user WILL NOT receive, restoration or recovery services, ID Theft insurance coverages or any form of monitoring other than already outlined. Re- instatement will occur immediately upon updating payment details through the member's account page or by contacting member services. If service was terminated, members may need to update monitoring information.
Without limiting its other remedies, Financial Lock may immediately discontinue, suspend, terminate, or block your and any user's access to this site at any time in our sole discretion.

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A., without reference to its conflict-of-law provisions. Financial Lock makes no representation that the materials are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, you will be responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of this site. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Oakland County, Michigan for any disputes with Financial Lock arising out of your use of this site.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Financial Lock and you with respect to this website, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Financial Lock with respect to this website. If you’ve chosen a family membership, your spouse and dependents are eligible for Family ID Theft Services. We will monitor up to (7) family members’ Social Security Numbers for high-risk transactions. Your spouse and dependents social security numbers (SSN) are monitored across a network of companies who utilize the “out of wallet” knowledge-based authentication questions to verify an identity during a transaction. When we find anything suspicious, you receive a real-time alert that can allow you to take action and halt unauthorized usage of a family member’s SSN. Family members also have access to some of the same ID Theft Protection and Recovery benefits as the primary member. These features are limited to; Risk Score, SSN Alerts, Restoration and Recovery, ID Theft Insurance, Safe Wallet, Lost Wallet/Purse Assistance, Legal Services, Financial Coaching Consultations and Tax Fraud Assistance. Spouse/Partner receives an annual Credit Report & Score, 24/7 Bureau Monitoring. Spouse/ Partner (1) dependent is not restricted by the age requirements.
By purchasing a family plan, you are receiving the following benefits your family members; SSN/ High-Risk Transaction Monitoring, Risk Score, SSN Alerts, Restoration and Recovery, ID Theft Insurance (If Monitored for High Risk Transactions), Safe Wallet, Lost Wallet/Purse Assistance, Legal Services, Financial Coaching Consultations and Tax Fraud Assistance.
Services not available to family members include but are not limited to; Credit Report & Score and 1B or 3B Credit Bureau Monitoring. Spouse / Partner (1) dependent is not restricted by the age requirements. (see item 3)
